Standard Cleaning

A Standard Cleaning is our routine maintenance service designed to keep a well-maintained home clean and comfortable. We recommend Standard Cleaning for recurring service or homes that are cleaned regularly.

A Standard Cleaning typically takes 2–5 hours, depending on the size of the home and the number of bedrooms and bathrooms.

What’s included in a Standard Cleaning:

-Removal of cobwebs within reachable areas

-Dusting of ceiling fans and lighting fixtures within reach

-Light dusting of window sills and accessible ledges

-Surface dusting of shelves, desks, furniture, and décor

-Dusting of wall art and decorative items within reach

-Dusting of TVs, monitors, and electronics

-Vacuuming and mopping of floors

-Kitchen cleaning, including countertops and exterior appliance --surfaces

-Bathroom cleaning, including sinks, toilets, mirrors, and shower/tub surfaces

-Trash removal and light straightening

Not included in Standard Cleaning:
Interior appliances, blinds, interior windows, wall spot cleaning, pet hair removal, organization, or specialty detailing. These services are available as add-ons during booking.
